    Nilai-nilai yang dikembangkan di sekolah/madrasah, tentunya tidak dapat dilepaskan dari keberadaan sekolah itu sendiri sebagai organisasi pendidikan, yang memiliki peran dan fungsi untuk mengembangkan, melestarikan dan mewariskan nilai-nilai budaya kepada para siswanya. Budaya Islami adalah nilai-nilai Islam menjadi aturan main atau menjadi falsafah bersama dalam berbagai aktifitas di sekolah. Termasuk bagian dari budaya Islami dalam suatu sekolah, diantaranya adalah berpakaian (berbusana) Islami, shalat berjamaah, dzikir secara bersama-sama, Tadarus/membaca Al Quran, menebar ukhuwah melalui kebiasaan berkomunikasi secara Islami (senyum, salam, dan sapa), membiasakan Adab yang Baik, melakukan berbagai kegiatan yang dapat mencerminkan suasana keagamaan

In this paper, focuses on meteorological data analysis in form of data mining is concerned to predict the knowledge of weather condition. Rainfall analysis, temperature analysis, based on climatic condition, cyclone form data analysis is vital application role for meteorological analysis in data mining techniques. Prediction, association and forecasting are the several method in data mining used for meteorological analysis. Many countries have already experienced deadly droughts and floods also climate-induced natural disasters have displaced hundreds of thousands of people across the world. Mainly due to over ambitious strategies and actions of human beings on the eco-system, data mining play a significant role in determining the climate trends in crucial manner.     Analisis Biaya Pekerjaan Tangga Panelmenggunakan Metode Monte Carlo (Studi Kasus: Proyek Ruko the Boulevard Jakarta Garden City)

    Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi turut mempengaruhi ranah konstruksi. Sehingga pada akhirnya muncul material terbarukan yaitu panel. Namun material panel ini belum diatur dalam SNI, sehingga perlu adanya penelitian lebih lanjut. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui biaya yang diperlukan untuk menyelesaikan pemasangan tangga panel, tidak hanya biaya langsung namun juga biaya tidak langsung, yaitu biaya overhead dan kontingensi. Dalam 1 panel tangga terdiri dari lebar 1,075 m, panjang 5,15 m', dan 15 anak tangga. Panel yang digunakan yaitu dari Mpanel,salah satu produk milik PT Modern Land. Adapun penelitian dilakukan dengan mengamati waktu pengerjaan di lapangan untuk mengetahui produktivitas 1 unit tangga panel menggunakan daily record sheet. Diketahui bahwa efektivitas jam kerja yaitu 40 menit dalam 1 jam. Data-data tersebut dianalisis menggunakan Analisa Harga Satuan Pekerjaan (AHSP) dengan harga satuan yang didapat dari proyek untuk menghasilkan biaya langsung. Sedangkan biaya overhead diambil 15% dari biaya langsung tiap pekerjaan, 15% diambil berdasarkan contoh yang tertera pada Peraturan Menteri PUPR28-2016. Pada biaya kontingensi diambil tingkat resiko sebesar 11% berdasarkan asumsi proyek. Untuk mendapatkan nilai kontingensi menggunakan Monte Carlo maka digunakan software @risk dengan memasukkan data RAB maksimum, most likely, dan minimum dengan harga satuan yang didapat dari wawancara serta nilai iterasi kemudian akan diproses otomatis hingga mendapatkan persentil ke 89%. Setelah biaya langsung, biaya overhead, dan kontingensi diketahui maka didapatkan total biaya yang diperlukan untuk pengerjaan 1 unit tangga panel. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu dapat diketahui biaya langsung untuk upah 1 unit tangga panel yaitu Rp 1.967.866, biaya langsung untuk material 1 unit tangga panel Rp 11.146.913, biaya langsung 1 unit tangga panel Rp 13.114.779, biaya tak langsung yaitu biaya overhead dan kontingensi untuk 1 unit tangga panel Rp 2.939.002, dan harga satuan yaitu total harga langsung dan tak langsung yang diperlukan untuk pekerjaan 1 unit tangga panel adalah Rp 16.053.800,36

    Pumilio (Pum) is a translational repressor that binds selectively to target mRNAs and recruits Nanos (Nos) as a corepressor. In the larval neuromuscular system, Pum represses expression of the translation factor eIF-4E and the glutamate receptor subunit GluRIIA. Here, we show that Nos, like Pum, is expressed at the neuromuscular junction (NMJ) and in neuronal cell bodies. Surprisingly, however, Nos and Pum have divergent functions on both the presynaptic and postsynaptic sides of the NMJ. In nos mutant and nos RNA interference larvae, the number of NMJ boutons is increased, whereas loss of Pum reduces the bouton number. On the postsynaptic side, Nos acts in opposition to Pum in regulating the subunit composition of the glutamate receptor. NMJ active zones are associated with GluRIIA- and GluRIIB-containing receptor clusters. Loss of Nos causes downregulation of GluRIIA and increases the levels of GluRIIB. Consistent with this finding, the electrophysiological properties of NMJs lacking postsynaptic Nos suggest that they use primarily GluRIIB-containing receptors. Nos can regulate GluRIIB in the absence of GluRIIA, suggesting that the effects of Nos on GluRIIB levels are at least partially independent of synaptic competition between GluRIIA and GluRIIB. Nos is a target for Pum repression, and Pum binds selectively to the 3' untranslated regions of the nos and GluRIIA mRNAs. Our results suggest a model in which regulatory interplay among Pum, Nos, GluRIIA, and GluRIIB could cause a small change in Pum activity to be amplified into a large shift in the balance between GluRIIA and GluRIIB synapses

    Extracting Fetal ECG from a Single Maternal Abdominal Record

    This work presents the variations of photoplethysmogram (ECG) morphology with age. ECG measurement is done noninvasively at the index finger on both right and left hands for a sample of erectile dysfunction (ED) subjects. Some parameters are derived from the analysis of ECG contour showed in association with age. The age is found to be an important factor that affects the contour of ECG signals which accelerates the disappearance of ECG’s dicrotic notch and ECG’s inflection point as well. Arterial compliance is found to be degraded with age due to the fall of arterial elasticity. This study approaches the establishment of usefulness of ECG’s contour analysis as an investigator to the changes in the elastic properties of the vascular system, and as a detector of early sub-clinical atherosclerosis

    A Lossless Image Compression using Modified Entropy Coding

    Due to size limitation and complexity of the hardware in transmission applications, multimedia systems and computer communications, compression techniques are much necessary. The reasons for multimedia systems to compress the data, large storage is required to save the compressed data, the storage devices are relatively slow which in real-time, has constrain to play multimedia data, and the network bandwidth, that has limitations to real-time data transmission. This paper presents an enhanced approach of run length coding. First the DCT applied, and the quantization done on the image to be compressed, then the modified run length coding technique has been used to compress the image losslessly. This scheme represents the occurrence of repeated zeros by RUN, and a non-zero coefficient by LEVEL. It removes the value of RUN, as for the sequence of non-zero coefficients it is zero for most of the time and for a zero present between non-zero coefficients is replaced by ΓƒΒ’Γ’β€šΒ¬Γ‹Ε“0ΓƒΒ’Γ’β€šΒ¬Γ’β€žΒ’ which results in larger compression than RUN, LEVEL (1, 0) pair is used

    Objective: The present study was carried out to investigate the steroid content present in the leaves, stem, pods and callus of Prosopis juliflora.Methods: The method of Tomita et al., was used for isolation of steroids. The structure of the isolated compound was established on the basis of physical and chemical test and spectroscopic evidence (TLC, IR and GC-MS).Results: The study concluded that a single type of steroid Diosgenin was found in the selected plant species.Conclusion: Diosgenin is an important steroidal metabolite used as a starting material for the synthesis of steroidal drugs, as it exhibits estrogenic activity
